This transformation includes the addition of four feet of C-channel, significantly enhancing the wheelbase for a smoother ride and reducing overhang at the back end.<\/p>\n<h3>Advancements in Suspension<\/h3>\n<p>A notable upgrade on this particular coach is the integration of liquid springs, replacing the standard sumo springs. This advanced system offers a superior suspension setup by removing traditional leaf springs, thereby enhancing both comfort and drivability. This upgrade, although costly, ensures an unparalleled travel experience.<\/p>\n<h3>Constructing a Level Foundation<\/h3>\n<p>Our technicians are currently installing angle irons and hangers for the holding tanks, creating a robust platform across the chassis. This level surface is crucial for mounting the floor, as the natural chassis incline around the axle presents unique challenges that require innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>Continual Progress<\/h3>\n<p>Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to document the transformation of this chassis into a fully realized luxury motorhome.
